By using empowery.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Steve Simonson / Empowery.
What this site is — and is not
Empowery.com is a seller-support and legacy hub for the Empowery eCommerce Cooperative (2018–2022). It honors the “Independent. Together.” community and points ecommerce founders and marketplace sellers toward living resources in the operator network.
This site does not sell co-op membership, accept new member applications, or operate as an open membership organization. Nothing here is an offer of securities, a partnership interest, or a cooperative share.
Informational use
Content is provided for general information and community memory — history, event photography, video samples, and orientation toward coaching, advocacy, and operator systems. It is not legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
Stay-in-touch form
If you submit the form, you ask us to store your details and, where configured, sync them so we can help point you toward a relevant resource. You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content. See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
Third-party sites
The site links to living network destinations (including Catalyst88, Divinely Discontent, Parsimony, and others) and may link to other third-party pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Empowery names, marks, photography, and site design are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse site materials for commercial purposes without permission, except for brief, attributed quotation or other uses allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the site, its hosting, or other visitors
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the site to send spam or harvest addresses
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Empowery or claim the co-op is open

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve Simonson / Empowery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from third-party links or ads.
