How do I book my hotel room?
*Book with the room block by using the booking link sent directly to your email after ticket purchase. Please note that the price of your all-inclusive hotel is not included in the price of the conference ticket. We have secured a limited capacity room block discounted price of $295/night for Single Occupancy All-Inclusive and $355/night for Double Occupancy All-Inclusive. You will want to book for 4 nights from July 16th-20th.
Which airport should I fly into?
It is only a 20-minutes drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport to the Hotel.
If you are interested in arranging an airport transfer for yourself e-mail transfervallarta@hrhvallarta.com. Make sure your message includes the following information:*
The hotel you are staying at, the name in which the reservation is under, your booking confirmation number, the number of people traveling with you, and your arrival and departure flight itinerary (airline, flight number, and flight times). You will then receive a response with relevant information and the cost of the transfer. The charge will be applied to your room, and you can pay this via credit card or cash upon check-out.
What should I pack?
This is the Riviera Nayarit, so expect beautiful tropical weather! Plan for water activities, beach and pool time, as well as a few opportunities to get all dressed up for 5-star dinners and dancing the night away. As always for a conference also make sure you bring some comfortable clothes for our half days indoors during presentations, panels, and workshops. Don’t forget the important things as well like your laptop, passport, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your party pants!
