How the SOPBox looks like and how you can navigate and familiarize yourself with the features of this platform:
On the left-hand part of the dashboard, you will be seeing different tabs
First, we have the SOPs tab where you will be seeing the list of the current SOPs you have in the system as well as, the button where you can create your SOP
Second, we have the Checklist page or section, showing all the list of the templates you have created, the progress of each, the priority, date created and assigned users.
Checklists helps people in the team stay more organized, assuring them they will not skip any important step in the process. A checklist motivates us to take action and complete tasks. Small wins and the goal-gradient effect encourage us to reach our goals. Checklists help us move quickly, be more efficient, and save time.
These is the section where you will be creating a checklist too.
Third, the checklist template. This looks similar with the checklist page yet eh only difference is we are creating Checklist templates here that we can use or duplicate when creating and assigning new checklists to any of the team.
Fourth, are the Categories. Categories are important when creating a SOP because this will serve as a guide on what particular subject matter, topic or related information does the SOP belong to. Thus this will also organize the SOPS because categories will list down the SOPs on a specific topic or subject.
Last, is the Settings page where you can update your profile your account, change password, view and manage the team.
Once you are able to access your SOPBox account, explore the system, play around and enjoy the features and benefits of using our SOPBox and I look forward to hearing feedback and stories on how this helped you and your team.
