How to use the Recurring Functions for SOPBox Checklists

Ways to use the Recurring Checklist functions:

First, login to your SOPBox

Second, on your left-hand corner, click the tab “Checklist Template” then select “Create Checklist Template” found on the upper right-hand of your page

The same process applies in Creating a Checklist.

Go back to Checklist Template page then click the Template you have created

Click “Schedule” and set the Frequency if the Checklist is recurring daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Yearly

You can also set a Start Date and End Date

When done, click “Schedule” then “Save”
